IMPORTANT NOTICE: BJJ CLASSES RESUMING ON MONDAY 17 SEPTEMBER!
We are a community club based in London, UK, mainly teaching Judo and Wrestling, and cross training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our club and martial arts instructors are affiliated to the British Judo Association and the British Wrestling Association, respectively the governing bodies for the Olympic sports of Judo and Wrestling in the UK. Our BJJ class is run under the aegis of UKBJJA, the main national governing body for BJJ in the UK.
Grappling classes take place every Monday (BJJ), and Tuesday and Friday (Judo) according to the timetable available under ‘Where & When‘. An open mat session takes place on Sunday mornings 8-9 am (only graded adult members and accompanied juniors can attend this session). You can find more about our classes under ‘What we teach’.
Classes run on a ‘pay-as-you-play basis’, and only cost £3/class for children and £4/class for adults with a club membership card. The open mat session attracts a £2 mat fee that goes to our club development fund. Also, your first class is free – and if you bring a friend to your second class, your second class is also free!
You would be most welcome to just turn up and watch (or, even better, join) a class whenever you want, though to avoid disappointments we recommend you first drop us an email to email@example.com, or text our Head Instructor, Glenn Spiers, at 07738 226853. You can also find us on Facebook and Twitter .
